Pre Season Cricket Fitness
This is Two terms of ideal cricket specific fitness, strengthening and building the correct stamina for the season ahead.
Small group training sessions. Join one of our ECB qualified cricket coaches alongside a qualified personal trainer for our fitness programme specifically designed to improve strength, endurance and overall fitness. Aimed at Year 7 and upwards, district and county level Cricketers.
Keep injury free and on the park!!
Intense 1 hour 30 minute session from our Personal Trainer include:

Body Weight drills
Balance & Range of motion
